I agree with You Josh, I’ll never purchase an Electronic Class 8 Truck. Excessively too Costly,
No Trade in Value, High Insurance and High Replacement Parts and Parts Availability. Evan today’s Newer Trucks with Today’s Electronic Technology is Troubling. I want to be the Driver in Command not the Truck, I’m quite capable after 40 years. This New Generation can’t even operate a Manual Stick, unbelievable. Give Me My 550hp backed by the 18 Speed. I’m Old School and Proud if it. No wonder there’s a shortage of Good Quality Operators these days, lack of quality Training and too many Offshore Jockeys who are continually defacing Our once Prided King’s of the Road. With the Current Direction this Industry has unduly taken it Will Surely be unrecoverable which was also nourished by Rate Cutting. Sad days ahead for Our Beloved Industry and Trade.

I got 1997 379exhd chrome chicken lights all over it super10 and 600hp Detroit 60 series love peterbilts but not electric ones

I have a 379 peterbilt with a 475cat,13spd, I understand that we all must adapt to change but it certainly saddens me to hear that the boss of the big rig trucks is going electric, the power and sound of a classic truck as the peterbilt is unspeakable.
